Flow Dry Technology Ltd. Introduces Select-A-Seal Technology

Brookville, Ohio, USA - Flow Dry Technology Ltd., the world's leading supplier of Flow-Dry® Desiccant Packages for automotive air conditioning systems, is expanding their complementary line of gasket solutions with another sealing technology. Providing a variety of gasket solutions for compressors and other automotive and AC applications, Flow Dry has partnered with a major material supplier to bring this technology to all of their customers. The new technology, Select-A-Seal® (SAS), economically combines the compressibility of a composite base with a rubber sealing edge to represent an advance in seal ability and robustness.

Select-A-Seal is a technology patented by Interface Solutions, Lancaster, PA. Flow Dry works closely with Interface Solutions to engineer a product specifically for the customer, produces the base gasket upon which the SAS edge is applied, and delivers the finished part to their customer. Select-A-Seal allows the perfect match of elastomer to sealing medium. Whether the application involves air, coolant, lubricants, or hydraulic fluids, there's an elastomer that can seal it. Having tested hundreds of materials, Interface Solutions works with Flow Dry to create a highly effective combination of compression and chemical resistance properties.

Flow Dry Technology Ltd. packages various desiccant, silica-gel and molecular sieve materials for a variety of end use applications.
